Delivery & returns

Delivery all over Pakistan

We deliver to every city in Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders placed before 3 pm are dispatched the same working day.

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 1 to 3 working days
  • Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000. For smaller orders, a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. For larger orders we may call you to confirm before dispatch. You can also pay with JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.

Returns and exchanges

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because perfume is personal, opened bottles can't be returned, which is exactly why we make a discovery set. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it.
